Handling Fees:
Tickets ordered on the phone and online are subject to a $5 per order handling fee. Subscribers pay a flat $10.00 handling fee with their subscription, which covers the cost of additional tickets and any exchanges for the entirety of the season. Ticket purchases made in person at the Box Office will not incur a handling fee.

Exchanges:
Non-subscription tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged. Tickets may be exchanged with return of the originals no later than 24 hours before the originally scheduled performance for a fee of $10 per order, in addition to any upgrade fees that may incur from switching to a more expensive show night. Tickets may be exchanged by faxing, mailing or bringing in your tickets to the box office. For the security of your tickets, we cannot exchange your new tickets until we receive your original tickets torn in half.

Late Seating:
To maintain the intimacy of our theater, absolutely no late seating will be permitted in either the Morrison Street Theatre or the Alder Street Theatre. We recommend you arrive at least 15-20 minutes before curtain. If you are late to a performance, you may wait until intermission to be seated, however your original seats cannot be guaranteed. You may also come back and see a subsequent performance of the same play. Upgrade fees may apply (see exchange policy).

Inclement Weather Policy:
Artists Repertory Theatre maintains a firm policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather. Because of this, we urge all ticket holders to make every effort to attend their scheduled performances. In the event that travel proves impossible at performance time, ticket holders may call and reschedule their performance the following day with the box office. At that time, we will then make alternate arrangements, excluding refunds. We are unable to guarantee that seats for an alternate performance will be available, however.

General Info:
Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the theater.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Some performances, however, may involve on-stage smoking.

Double-discounts will not be applied. If your tickets are applicable for more than one discount or promotion, we will always give you the larger of the discounts available.

Reservations may not be made without payment at the time of purchase. Artists Rep strictly gives no refunds. Under most circumstances, tickets may be exchanged. Please see above exchange policy.
