NEW BENEFIT FOR 2010/11: Subscribers to the 2010/11 season will also have the opportunity to additional tickets to Long Day's Journey Into Night at a discounted rate and before they become available to the general public.  This benefit will only be offered for a limited time, before the tickets are released to Ticketmaster for sale.

Subscribers know they'll have the same great seats for each show and will receive priority seating in the Newmark Theatre for Long Day's Journey Into Night.

Order additional tickets for family and friends before they go on sale to the general public - including tickets for the much-anticipated limited run of Long Day's Journey Into Night.

Free Parking
If you are a 6-play subscriber, you will receive a COMPLIMENTARY parking pass for the nights you attend the theater. (Excludes Long Day's Journey Into Night)

Unlimited FREE Exchanges
When plans change, exchange your subscription ticket for any other performance of the same production.  See below for exchange details.

When you join us a second time and bring along somone new, your ticket is FREE (and theirs is 10% off.) (Excludes Long Day's Journey Into Night)

Additional Ticket Discount
Subscribers receive a 10% discount off any additional tickets you purchase to any performance in our regular season.  (Additional tickets for Long Day's Journey Into Night must b e purchased before single tickets go on slae to the general public.)

Group & Rental Discounts
When you bring a group of 10 or more, you’ll receive the subscriber group discount of 25% off the regular price of tickets. (Compare to 20% Group Rate discount for non-subscribers.) As a subscriber, you also receive a 15% discount off the rental of our Producers Lounge or Morrison Street Lobby space.

Missed Performances
If you are unable to reschedule 24 hours prior to your performance or miss your scheduled performance, you may see another subsequent performance of the same play on standby. Bring your tickets to will call and we will exchange your tickets for standby tickets one hour prior to curtain. At curtain, you will be seated in the best available seats in the house. We recommend calling the box office ahead of time to check for availability.

SUBSCRIPTION TICKET POLICIES

Exchanging your tickets
You may exchange any of the dates and times of your shows into another performance of the same production by faxing, mailing, or bringing your tickets to the box office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. If you have any questions, give us a call at 503-241-1278.

Fax us a copy of your tickets torn in half with a detailed note telling us the new date you would like to attend, whether we should mail the tickets to you or hold them at will call, and a phone number to easily reach you if we need additional information. Our fax number is 503-241-8268.

Bring in your original tickets to the box office and we will exchange to the new performance of your choice right then and there!

Note: For the security of your subscription, we cannot assign new tickets without receipt of the originals torn in half.

Consequently, we cannot process ticket exchanges over the phone. As a season subscriber, ticket exchanges are complimentary. However, you will incur a balance when switching to a more expensive night. You will be given the best seats available at the time your original tickets are received.

Parking
Our parking lots are now operated by City Center Parking. If you are a 6-play subscriber you will receive a parking pass to be displayed on your dashboard when you park in our lot during your performance. If you do not have a parking pass but would like to park in our lot during your performance, you may pay per performance at the pay station in the parking lot. Please note that both lots are first come, first serve to both patrons and the public, and may fill prior to curtain time. 

COMMIT NOW - COMPLETE PAYMENT LATER

Take advantage of our New Split Payment Option! 
Simply pay for half of your total order now and pay the other half anytime before July.Half of the order total (including any additional single tickets or contributions) must be paid at the time the order is placed.  The second half may be paid at a later date. All subscription orders must be paid in full before any tickets are printed and delivered to you. The credit card used for the initial payment will also be charged for the second payment. The second payment will be automatically charged on the designated dates, reminders will not be sent prior to charges. The subscriber may choose whether scheduled charges occur on the 15th or 30th of the month and which months in which to schedule the charges. There will be NO additional fee associated with installment payments.
