The buzz around Artists Rep's 2017/18 season

February 10, 2017

"Let others play it safe in these polarized times. Artists Repertory Theatre is charging into the breach with its 35th season, which promises biting satire and pointed premises."

Those are The Oregonian's words, not ours, but we couldn't agree more. There has been much buzz since Artists Rep announced the seven bold plays that will make up its 35th anniversary season.

"This group of plays is unflinchingly provocative, hopefully challenging, bracingly topical and designed to create a robust dialogue," said the company's Artistic Director Dámaso Rodríguez, as he announced its 2017-18 season Monday night." Read the rest of The Oregonian's coverage HERE.

American Theatre Magazine also wrote about our season that will feature six new plays, including two world premieres, and our theatrical event MAGELLANICA. Read that article HERE.

And Broadway World picked it up, too! Read that HERE.
