Amaya Villazan made her Artists Rep debut as Matilde in The Clean House. Since then she has also appeared here as Una in Blackbird, Woman Two in String of Pearls, and Irina in Three Sisters. Other Portland credits include Nora in A Doll’s House (Theatre Vertigo); Laurencia in Fuente Ovejuna (Miracle Theatre); Marguerite Ida/Helena Anabel in Dr. Faustus Lights the Lights, Prisoner 0004 in in Apparati (defunkt theatre); and Caroline Cassidy in By the Bog of Cats (CoHo Productions), among others.  Villazan graduated with honors from the Professional Actor’s Training Program at Dawson College in Montreal, Quebec.

During the 2009/10 season, Amaya will appear in Becky's New Car and Othello.
