Sarah Horton joined Artists Repertory Theatre in July of 2010 as General Manager with an extensive background in fundraising, marketing, public relations and administration for non-profit theater and cultural institutions. She began her career at Seattle Repertory Theatre, serving in various capacities in the development and marketing departments for six years, before moving to Tucson where she was Arizona Theatre Company’s Director of Communications. She then worked for a marketing and public relations agency in Northern Arizona whose main client was Sedona Cultural Park, a 5,000-seat amphitheatre that presented a variety of popular concerts, music festivals and the Sedona International Film Festival. In 2005 she moved to Portland and joined the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry where she served in various management roles in development, marketing and program sales, including Director of Membership and Program Sales and finally as Interim Vice President of Marketing, Retail and Sales.
