Artists Rep's theater campus has a variety of spaces available to rent for your corporate or private event. Our stages are also available to corporate, community and arts organizations for rehearsal and performance useage.
Our Second Stage lobby and new Producer's Lounge are perfect venues for corporate and private parties. Rental rates and policies for these event spaces can be found below.
Corporate events, performing arts and community groups looking for performance or presentation space have the opportunity to use Artists Rep's Reirsgaard Mainstage and Second Stage spaces for their events. Rental and Service Rates can be found by clicking here.

Second Stage Lobby
Located on the Morrison side of the building at 1515 SW
Morrison, this spacious inviting room is an ideal space to
host an elegant event with a unique flare unlike any other
place in Oregon. The front of the room is flanked with tall
glass doors that welcome you into a beautiful room with
gleaming hardwoods, and a stunning rotating art gallery
along the prominent curved wall backdrop.

Producers Lounge
Located within the Second Stage Lobby on the Morrison side
of the building at 1515 SW Morrison, this private room is
perfect for an intimate gathering. As you make your way
through the Second Stage Lobby toward the Producers Lounge,
you'll be swept away by the colorful, fiber-optic, glowing
walls of the Producers Lounge. Designed to capture exactly
the ambience that you would like to create, the walls change
colors to match the mood you wish to accent. Leave the large
barn-door entrance open for a larger crowd, or close it to
encapsulate your party in the colorful mood of the room.

Included Services
Rates include cleaning fee, site coordinator, utilities
excluding garbage removal, house lighting, and other minimum
labor costs. Additional labor needs will be estimated in
advance by Artists Rep and charged at additional rates.
Rates beyond 8 hours and/or multiple days will be determined
based on the nature of the event. In addition to hourly
rates, a 20% payroll/overhead charge will be included.
Catering
Any food or beverages must be provided by ART or one of our
preferred caterers. ART can provide a no-host bar of select
beverages, exclusive of other catering services.

Payment
Artists Repertory Theatre accepts cash, checks, Visa or
MasterCard for rental payments. Events are considered
booked upon confirmation from the rental coordinator,
receipt of completed rental contract signed by both
parties and non-refundable deposit. Deposit is 25% of
total bill. Payment in full is due two weeks prior
the event.
Tickets
Ticket discounts are available for groups of 10 or more and
can be arranged through the event coordinator at time of
rental reservation.
Parking
Parking vouchers may be purchased at a discounted rate for
your guests, dependent on availability. Exclusive parking
lot use may only be arranged for events that do not coincide
with a performance. For exclusive use, additional charges
will apply for both the rental and an hourly parking
attendant.

Reirsgaard Mainstage
Artists Rep's Mainstage space is a modular performance space
that can be altered to fit your organization's needs.
