Morrison Street Lobby
Just recently remodeled to reveal its hidden beauty, the lobby is flanked by windows allowing for lots of natural light and features high ceilings, gleaming hardwoods, and a rotating art gallery with a rich red wall as a backdrop, all illuminated by the soft glow of our intimate and comfortable Producers Lounge. Make the space your own using the striking lobby area, adaptable lounge, lovely mezzanine, long staircase and more. Your special event can shine with a creative flair.

The Producer's Lounge
Located within the Morrison Street Lobby, this private room is ideal for an intimate dinner, lunch meeting, or small gathering. The captivating, colorful walls of the Producer’s Lounge draw you to the room into the room and wrap your party in its vibrant mood. Designed to capture exactly the ambience that you would like to create, the walls can change colors to match the mood. The door features a large barn-door entrance, which can be opened for a larger crowd or closed to capture the intimacy of the room.

Available: 8am- midnight
Included Services
Rates include set-up, cleaning fee, site coordinator, utilities, heating, and house lighting. Additional labor needs will be estimated in advance by Artists Rep and charged at additional rates. Use of the Morrison Stage may be available on select dates with additional fees.
Furniture
The Morrison Street Lobby and Producers Lounge are furnished with 4 large, custom made tables by The Joinery, 24 black leather conference chairs, 8 large tuffets for seating, 4 dark walnut coffee tables, and 5 bistro tables. This furniture may be used in any arrangement at no additional charge. A final floor plan is due 72 hours before your event.
Catering
We offer a select list of experienced caterers for you to choose from, who perfectly pair elegant cuisine for any budget with the ambiance of your event and our space. Artists Rep may also provide a hosted or no-host bar of select beverages, exclusive of other catering services. Please check out our select caterers below:

Non-profit organizations (501c3) receive a 25% discount off the cost of any package price. Significant discounts are also available for Arts/RACC organizations.
Tickets
Ticket discounts are available for groups of 10 or more and can be arranged through the event coordinator at time of rental reservation.
Parking
Artist Rep sits on two parking lots attended by City Center Parking. Your guests have easy access to both street parking and parking in our lot at a low cost. Exclusive parking lot use or vouchers may be arranged for some events directly through City Center Parking. The building is also easily accessed by several public bus lines and the MAX at PGE Park.
Payment
Artists Rep accepts cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard for rental payments. Events are considered booked upon confirmation from the rental coordinator, with receipt of completed rental contract signed by both parties and non-refundable deposit. Deposit is 25% of total bill. Payment in full is due two weeks prior to the event.
